It has proven itself to be an effective social media platform for brand building and marketing. Awareness campaign

This poster was made as an assignment in Noroff. A21 is an international organisation working to eliminate human trafficking and abolish injustice in the 21st Century. In 2015 the organisation had 11 offices in 10 countries, including Norway. You can read more about them here: http://www.a21.org/ My job was to design a poster for A21 for a public awareness campaign targeted towards Norwegians. The purpose of this campaign was to get people to change their attitudes towards this subject as well as to create awareness around the issue. The poster should showcase a name, slogan and any additional text you would like to add. The “hero” of the poster should however be an impactful photograph. The photos should be taken outdoors using mainly natural light.

Garden and Flower festival

This Semester Project was to promote the annual Garden and Flower Festival held in my city. We were to design the logo and the hole visual design for the three day event. The project had to include the logo, Brand Manual and four touch-points: poster, program, ticket bracelets and t-shirt. The report should also include the research on the competing festivals.

Magazine Design

A foreign publisher contacted me and asked to create a concept and design for their new magazine. The magazine will be about world issues.  It outlines the biggest problems of our time and offers possible solutions. It also outlines a way forward with in-depth research and analysis, tools for citizen participation and stories about real people working for a better world. Today’s world is not ideal – climate change, financial collapse, poverty and war leave many people feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. This magazine hopes to empower people with the vision and the tools to create a healthy planet with vibrant communities. My job was to come up with a brief visual strategy and concept, name and logo, a grid and layout for the entire magazine, front page / back page, table of contents / colophon, article pages (select 6 of 8 the articles), title, byline, introduction, subheadings, body text, captions, pagination, photography and illustration and create physically dummy paper.
